BRAZILIAN MOJITO

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Cuca Fresca Prata
  • 6 mint leaves
  • ¾ oz simple syrup
  • ¾ oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 ½ oz club soda

Method

  • In a shaker, lightly muddle the lime, mint leaves and sugar. Fill with ice and add the Cuca Fresca. Shake well and pour, without straining, into a highball glass. Top with club soda. Garnish with a fresh mint leaf and lime wedge.
