Deconstructed-Samba

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Cuca Fresca Prata
  • ½ oz elderflower liqueur
  • 1 oz apricot juice
  • ½ tsp fig marmalade
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker. Shake well and strain into a coupe glass. Top with sweet lime espuma. Put dashes of Peychaud Bitters on top of foam.
